Changeover day is Monday during school holidays
but flexible otherwise. Property available from 1500 hrs on day of arrival,
must be vacated by 1200 on day of departure. This can be negotiated depending on circumstances.
All broken or lost items up to £200 in value
must be replaced before departure
Bedroom 1 - En-suite
bathroom with bath and shower, vanity unit with basin and WC, spot lighted mirror, double
bed, large wardrobe with full length mirror, 2 bed side cabinets and bolted down
safe for use by guests.

surround. Large walled garden with shrubs, fruit trees and pine trees offering
shade. Private drive with parking. Patio / Terrace ideal for dining alfresco. 8
sun loungers, garden table with 8 chairs and two umbrellas with stands. Lighting
for garden and terraces. Safety bars with mosquito nets allow the windows to be
open fully during the night in preference to costly air conditioning
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid services - On arrival the villa will have been thoroughly cleaned and the beds made. Clean bed linen and towels are provided once a week. Beach towels are not provided. For an extra charge a maid can be employed to clean and change bedding at your convenience; please enquire if you require this service
5 minutes walk from the villa is an idyllic beautiful beach with a beach bar / restaurant, toilets, sunbeds and umbrellas. Nearby in the opposite direction is Ciflik, a quiet sandy beach, unknown to holiday makers and one of the best on the turquoise coast
Calis
Calis pronounced 'Chalish' is a quiet yet busy
holiday resort with a seemingly endless beach. Bars and restaurants line the
beach area which is block paved along the promenade. Calis boasts two natural
attractions, a cooling summer breeze, perfect for the hot summer months and for
some of the most beautiful red sunsets in the world. Calis is ideal for those
seeking a beach location and a compact easily accessible resort. Best for
families and those who require a quieter time. Frequent Dolmus (mini bus) run to
Fethiye town, Olu deniz and there is also a frequent boat taxi service.
