Bedroom 1 - En-suite bathroom with bath and shower, vanity unit with basin and WC, spot lighted mirror, double bed, large wardrobe with full length mirror, 2 bed side cabinets and bolted down safe for use by guests.

Bedroom 2 - 3 single beds, wardrobe with drawers, balcony with pergola overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 3 - Double bed, wardrobe with drawers, balcony with pergola and seating overlooking the gardens.

Bathroom - Large shower, vanity unit with basin, spot lighted mirror, shaving point and WC

Downstairs Bathroom - Vanity unit with basin, WC, shaver point

Kitchen - Built in cooker and hob, fridge, toaster, kettle. Kitchen fully equipped with crockery, pans and cutlery

Utility Room - washing machine, clothes drier, ironing board, iron, wash and dry hoover

Lounge / Dining Room - Spacious open plan area with fireplace, two sliding patio doors leading to wrap around terrace overlooking the pool. Two large 3 seater sofa beds, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, TV, DVD, board games.

Outside - Private pool with non slip marble surround. Large walled garden with shrubs, fruit trees and pines offering shade. Private drive with parking. Patio / Terrace ideal for dining alfresco. 8 sun loungers, garden table with 8 chairs and 2 umbrellas with stands. Lighting for garden and terraces. Safety bars with mosquito nets allow the windows to be open fully during the night in preference to costly air-conditioning

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid services - The villa will be cleaned and the beds made for your arrival. Extra linen and towels are provided for each week of your stay - please bring your own beach towels as they are not provided. For an extra charge a maid can be employed to clean and change your bedding half way through your holiday. Please enquire about this service.

 

The villa is looked after by a Property Management Company who can arrange transfers, car hire, trips / excursions or just answer any other queries that quests may have. They can also organise a 'welcome pack' for your arrival - essential groceries, beer, wine or champagne! Please enquire for prices.   Enquiries by email or phone. 25% deposit payable 7 days after booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of rental. It will be your responsibility to replace any lost or broken items before departure up to the value of £200.00
